Elements of Style Thank You Card

For our Pacific Stampers’ Group Meeting Swap, I used the Elements of Style and Tiny Tags Stamp Sets to design and create my swap card.

PS Group Meeting Swap Card

Details:

Stamps: Elements of Style and Tiny Tags

Ink: Soft Suede, Regal Rose, Pretty in Pink, Old Olive and Certainly Celery

Card Stock: Very Vanilla, Certainly Celery, Soft Suede, Regal Rose

Accessories: Scallop Trim Border Punch, Certainly Celery 5/8″ Satin Ribbon, Blender Pen, Sponge Dauber, Jewelry Tag Medium Punch, Dazzling Diamonds Glitter, 2-Way Glue Pen, SNAIL Adhesive, Mini Glue Dots, Stampin’ Dimensionals

To create the soft look of the flowers, I colored in the darker parts of the flowers by dipping the Blender Pen directly onto the Regal Rose Classic Stampin’ Pad.  I used the same technique to color the darker and lighter parts of the leaves as well.  I daubed Pretty in Pink ink onto the flowers.  Then, I applied Dazzling Diamonds Glitter to the flowers.

Build-A-Bear Workshop Party Kit

Baby Shower Thank You Card

I was totally surprised a couple weekends ago with a baby shower hosted by my sister and brother-in-law.  I didn’t expect it, of course, being that I had had all my baby showers when I had my daughter 9 years ago.  But it was a blessing to see my friends and family together and a blessing to become well stocked with baby boy goodies from now until eternity!!!

To express my appreciation, I made these thank you cards to send to everyone.

Baby Shower Thank You

I really wanted to use the monkey from the Fox & Friends set, but it’s temporarily misplaced.  I’m sure he’ll make his appearance soon.

Stamps: Fox & Friends, Thank You Kindly

Ink: Chocolate Chip

Card Stock: So Saffron, Whisper White, Certainly Celery, Bashful Blue

Accessories: Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder, Big Shot Die Cutting Machine, Scallop Circle Punch, 1-1/4″ Circle Punch, 1-3/8″ Circle Punch, 1/16″ Circle Punch, Stampin’ Dimensionals, SNAIL Adhesive

Stampage Group Meeting Swap

Here is a card I designed and created for my upline’s group meeting:

Watercolor Trio Swap Card

You may not be able to really see the square lattice embossing that I used as the 2nd layer of the card nor are you able to see the glitter.  At first I wasn’t too into the square lattice design, but, after using it, I realized it is rather nice, and you actually get two different embossed designs to choose from.  I also really love this stamp set.  I didn’t think it was really my style, but it has a very elegant and classic design.

Stamp: Watercolor Trio

Ink: Old Olive, Ruby Red and So Saffron

Card stock: Old Olive, Ruby Red, So Saffron, Very Vanilla

Accessories: Big Shot Die Cutting Machine, Square Lattice Embossing Folder, 5/8″ Old Olive Satin Ribbon, Stampin’ Dimensionals and SNAIL Adhesive

“Congratulations Graduate!” Card

I designed and created this card to swap at our Pacific Stampers’ Group Meeting this past Friday night.  Here is the card I kinda sorta case’d from the Summer Mini Catalog, but, as you can see, I modified it a little:
