A New Look for Bruschetta

I re-did my Bruschetta recipe page a little using Crushed Curry for the background.

Yummy, easy recipe

Stamp: Fifth Avenue Floral

Card Stock: Basic Gray, Whisper White, Crushed Curry Textured, Pretty in Pink, Regal Rose

Ink: Regal Rose, Pretty in Pink, Basic Gray

Accessories: 5/8″ Regal Rose Grosgrain Ribbon, Scallop Edge Punch, 1/16″ Circle Punch, Big Shot, Naturally Serif Sizzlits Decorative Strip Dies

Here’s the recipe:

Container of cherry or grape tomatoes (I personally prefer and have only used grape tomatoes)

2 garlic cloves, pressed or minced

Fresh basil leaves, chopped

Equal parts olive oil and balsamic vinegar (I usually start off with 1 Tablespoon each)

Baguettes, sliced (I don’t usually toast them.  I serve them as is.)

Cut tomatoes into quarters or halves and place in a mixing bowl.  Add garlic, basil leaves, oil and vinegar.  Toss and serve with sliced baguettes.

The color combination is from SU! on the demonstrator website.  This recipe is always a hit!!!  If you love bruschetta, this is the recipe to try.  It’s easy breezy!!!
